Our return and exchange policy
MSI will replace the product for you within 7 days from the date of physical, in-store purchase, or the date of delivery, if the product hardware is or becomes defective in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use. Return is only accepted at our physical store location at: Rochor Canal Rd, #04-79 Sim Lim Square, Singapore 188504.
On returning defective goods, please note that any free gifts, vouchers and accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time. If free gifts, vouchers and accessories have been used, the refund amount will be offset accordingly. If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
Unless otherwise specified, this exchange policy only covers defects in material, design, and workmanship of the hardware components of the Product as originally supplied. The policy does not cover faults that have been communicated to you before purchase, any software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged (in box) or sold together with the Product. For details on any user rights with respect to software, please refer to licensing agreement accompanying such software.
For clarification purpose, minor imperfections within design specifications that do not materially alter the product’s functionality are not considered a defect
Display sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, within 6 months of delivery or purchase of your product, MSI reserves the right to prove that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery. If a defect occurs more than 6 months after delivery or purchase of the product, you will need to prove the product defect existed at the time of delivery or purchase.
[Same Day Delivery]
Same day delivery will occur for orders purchased between the following timings;
Orders made between 0000hrs-1600hrs, Same day delivery between 1600hrs-2000hrs
Orders made between 1601hrs-2359hrs, Delivered the following working day 1600hrs-2000hrs
For orders purchased on Sunday and Public Holiday, Delivery will be done on the next working day.
Same day delivery is subjected to traffic conditions and availability of courier.
Kindly note that we are unable to provide deliveries to areas with restricted access and/or, areas subject to additional security checks such as but not limited to: Changi International Airport, Seletar Airport, Jurong island, military camps and installations, Sentosa and offshore islands.
